I’m Matt Costanza, a Utah-based astrophotographer specializing in landscape astrophotography and night sky portraits.
My passion for the night sky began at Cherry Springs State Park, Pennsylvania, USA where seeing the Milky Way with my own eyes completely changed my perspective.
That experience led me west. Today, I photograph the dark skies of Utah and the American West.
By day, I work as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, bringing a science-driven approach to astrophotography—from deep space imaging to capturing the Milky Way.
My goal is simple: to capture the same sense of wonder I felt that first night—whether through fine art prints or night sky portrait sessions.
